Horace A. Dixon
Harold Dixon served
on the Number One gun turret during his tour on the
San Francisco, which lasted from June 6, 1940 to
March 7, 1944. He was on board on December 7, 1941
during the attack on Pearl Harbor. He was proud of
his service, his shipmates and the San Francisco.
